Southern Australian Lobster Porridge
Simply the best dish on our menu. Orchid Live Seafood is one of the original founder of the Lobster Porridge in Singapore and is deep-rooted in our origins. The Southern Australian Rock Lobster elevates the dish to a whole new level in that it makes the broth sweeter and richer.

Southern Australian Rock Lobsters are known to be one of the most premium lobsters globally. They are caught in the pristine cold Southern Ocean of South Australia, and are known for their delicate sweet, firm flesh with a generous meat to shell ratio.

Teochew Cold Crab

The Teochew Cold Crab dish is a classic signature Teochew delicacy passed down for generations that is known for their yellow roe. They are cooked in our premium broth, left to chill and served cold thereafter with plum sauce and vinegar topped with ginger slices. This preserves the freshness and sweetness of the crab.

Signature Steven Chicken

The 20-year-old recipe of the Steven Chicken has been passed down for generations, and has been our best selling meat dish since Orchid Live Seafood was founded. The dish consist of wings and drumbeats, with their meat pushed to the end of the bones, stir-fried in our signature sauce and drizzled with fragrance sesame seeds.

Steamed Bamboo Clams with Vermicelli

Our Bamboo Clams are air-flown into Singapore from all over the globe and serves as a popular appetiser to our customers’ meals. The dish is served with a combination of minced garlic, fried garlic, vermicelli, and topped off with our savoury sauce and spring onions.

Crispy Fish Cheeks

Fish Cheeks are known to be one of the more delicious part of a fish. Our Crispy Fish Cheeks are marinated in a special batter, deep-fried, and drizzled with a spice powder to enhance its flavour. This dish adds a spicy “kick” to your cravings for fried fish dishes.

South African Braised Abalone with Seasonal Vegetables

Our South African abalone are cleaned and braised in our premium broth for 2 days. The process both allows the abalone to absorb the broth to give it its flavour and to soften to a soft chewy texture. It is also topped with an abalone sauce that is boiled and simmered down for 12 hours. This dish is served with seasonal vegetables.

Hong Kong Steamed Soon Hock with Superior Soya Sauce

Every dish is well thought-out and prepared by our chefs on a daily basis. Soon Hock is a popular choice amongst our customers. This dish is served with ginger slices, fried garlic and pork lard and drizzled with our H.K. Soya sauce that is specially brewed for hours.

Butter Coated Local Lobsters
Our butter coated lobsters takes you back when fried food was your go-to dish. Marinated with our own batter and deep-fried to perfection, the lobsters are then thrown into a buttery sauce that is sweet and savoury with a tinge of spice from the curry leaves and chilli padi.

Black Pepper Mud Crab

What Singaporean Seafood meal without Mud Crabs? We bring in a fresh batch of Live Crabs a few times a week to ensure that we serve only quality crabs. Best known for its larger claws compared to the other species of crabs, we offer them in various sizes in various cooking styles such as Black Pepper, White Pepper, Chilli Crab, Steamed, and more.
